Photo Central Return Policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days after purchase date. The original invoice must accompany all returns or exchanges. 

All products and packaging must be in new condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange or to apply a restocking fee should we deem the returned item not in new, resalable condition. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any opened memory cards, hard drives, software or products containing software keys. Defective exchange only. 

Cameras will not be accepted for return or exchange if accompanying software has been used, or if extensive use is evidenced by shutter actuation count or other evidence of excessive use or wear. 

Original shipping cost will not be refunded unless item is deemed defective. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is deemed defective.

Warranty Information

Please read manufacturer’s warranty. 

Products must be used as intended by the manufacturer. 

Manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. Physical damage of any kind is not covered under warranty. 

Some manufacturers require the customer to deal with them directly for warranty claims. Outside of these cases, Photo Central will process warranty claims on behalf of the customer on any goods purchased from Photo Central.
